The Traveling Shovel

Memphis Part 1
So, I welcomed the shovel into Memphis with good 'ol Southern hospitality!
We took a trip for some comfort food of Gus's fried chicken with all of the fixins as they say here. From there, we went to a must-see when coming to Memphis, the National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Hotel, where MLK was assassinated. After reflecting on such an important part of our American history, the shovel and I headed off to catch some blues at BB King's on Beale Street. It was there that we ran into another photographer, Jake Morrow, who took the shovel out for some more good times before the night was over.
