Kim and Daren - Sept. 23rd - Part 1

Monday, September 25, 2006 - Weddings
The first day of fall - what a great day for Kim and Daren's wedding! We had done their engagement photos last year in the fall, and now it's their wedding day. A year goes so fast! They were married at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic church in Enola, then had a beautiful reception at Liberty Forge in Mechanicsburg. The day was perfect, a little rain, a little clouds, and a little sun! Lots of great moments captured today, check them out!
These flower girls were such hams! They were Kim and Daren's nieces, and they were constantly striking poses. We were just getting ready to do a group shot of the girls when Emily decided to model for me...
What is he pointing at? This is Joey from Big City Video, one of our favorite videographers to work with - Joel was just hanging out, waiting for the bride to get there, and took some shots of Joey - well this is him telling Joel that the bride was getting out of the limo behind him - quit slacking Joel!
Daren was very intent during the ceremony, carefully paying attention to all the directions from the priest, he was so intent, that while he was putting the ring on Kim's finger, he was staring at the priest the whole time instead of her! This was the moment when he turned and finally looked at Kim and realized that he should be looking at her!
Kim and Daren wanted to stop at a park near Liberty Forge before we got there, and they had a cool wooden playground, so we went running around for a few minutes, and this was a fun shot Joel got of them.
