Shannon and Bill and the train and trespassing

Friday, April 3, 2009 - Engagements
I don't know what to say but that we had an outrageously, super funny, amazingly, awesomely, super-de-duper fun time with Shannon and Bill! A few weeks back we went to Wilmington, DE where they live for their engagement session. These two are getting married in May, and we wanted to have some fun before the big day came!

These two knew of this cool train station near their house, so we all piled in Bill's car (but let Shannon navigate as Bill supposedly has a HORRIBLE sense of direction.) :) - and headed to the station. We played around in there for awhile, but then ventured across the highway to an abandoned field across the way. THAT was pretty rad. There were some Wiebner-esque falling down abandoned shacks, so we had to use them. And then of course found this really sweet patch of grasses in the field that we just threw Shannon and Bill into. :) Seriously, they went willingly, and loved it so much they didn't want to get up. The sun was shining and it was all nice and warm. Shannon said she could have taken a nap there. (I could have to, but I was sort of taking the photos, so it would have been a little awkward to lay down my camera and take a nap in the middle of a shoot.) After rolling around in the hay for a bit ;) - we went back across the street and under a bridge to find a bit o' graffiti and then just in time caught some shots with the train as it ROARED (more like inched) past us.

We can't wait for this wedding - these two are such a riot!
