Lauri and Jim - Sept. 9th

Monday, September 10, 2007 - Weddings
September wedding #3 over and out. Yesterday we traveled down to Maryland to photograph Lauri and Jim's wedding in the Brookeville area. The whole day (other than getting ready) took place at the Inn at Brookeville Farms - and boy was it a beautiful day! Jim's Aunt Dee, and Jim's DAD, along with several awesome helpers decorated the entire place and put together all of the flowers. I didn't really put up many details from this wedding, we had too many great moments that we caught that we wanted to share.

Lauri and Jim were so relaxed and fun - they have been together 10 years! - and were such a cute couple. Let's see what happened!

I LOVE this shot of Lauri and Jim's first glimpse! They decided to see each other before the ceremony so we arranged some private time for them on the balcony of the hotel where they got ready.
Down next to the lake, we were having some "wind issues" and Lauri and Jim were trying to tame Lauri's veil!
Jim looking handsome holding up the side of the barn...

One lonely guest waiting for the ceremony to begin. You can see the gorgeous skies and the beautiful Chuppah that Jim's family built.

Some cute little flower girls waiting for the ceremony to begin.
Walking down the aisle - yes, that is a Silo in the foreground.
There were several toasts at the reception but I love this moment during Lauri's parent's speech.
And Jim's brother, the Best Man giving his speech.
Lauri and her dad during their dance, they were smiling from ear to ear.
Ah, finally some fun!
Coming back down isn't always so fun!
Jim's parents up in the air!
Gettin' down to the Cha-Cha slide.
Cake anyone? In the head?
Congratulations were all around while the parents sat and received kisses and hugs from all of the guests!
I loved Lauri's grandma! She was so full of energy!
And Lauri's dad and sister sharing a dance.
