Megan and Matt - Engagement - June 27th

Thursday, June 28, 2007 - Engagements
Wow, we have had a busy week! Wednesday we headed to Northern Liberties in Philly to grab some engagement pix of Matt and Megan. Megan is good friends with one of our grooms, and her and Matt were even guests at the wedding earlier this year. They are a fun lovin' couple - and boy was it an unusual and fun shoot! First of all, they ordered up some really rough weather - 95 degrees, a ton of humidity - can anybody say sweat? We were all drenched by the end of the 2 hour shoot. But that isn't even the good part. Matt picked Northern Liberties because he works in the area - it is a fairly run-down section of Philly, but recently restaurants and businesses have started moving in and renovating. Matt knew there were some cool old warehouses, and he knew what we could do in warehouses, so he wanted to check some of them out. We were able to get into one that used to be an old brewery. Graffiti and awesome textures littered the landscape. We spent nearly an hour exploring the place, then headed back to the street to grab some more shots at one of their favorite restaurants in the area. We had SUCH an awesome and creatively fun time! We are lucky to have such great clients who appreciate what we do and just let us run with our ideas! Thanks guys for being so cooperative!!
