Vegas Baby! Day One - March 25th

Monday, April 2, 2007 - Workshops/Photography Industry

Hey all of you great bloggie followers - we had a fantastic time March 25th - 30th in Vegas for a HUGE photography convention. We saw a TON of great seminars, met some super cool photographers - took some photos, ate a lot, drank a little, and talked until we were hoarse! Such a great time was had and I miss it already, although we are now super pumped for the new wedding season! Thanks everyone for so much inspiration! And now on to the photos! There will be MANY posts since this was SUCH a long and exciting week!

So...The first day of Vegas and what do we do? Head out to a nightclub! WOOHOO! The first night there (Sunday) and we headed out with a group of about 40-50 people to Pure, one of the best nightclubs in Vegas - located inside Ceasar's Palace. Sorry for the quality of photos, these were all taken with our little Canon point and shoot, so they may not live up to our normal quality standards - but they are fun pix nonetheless!

First shot here is of our good pal, Mr. Mark Gardner.

Overhead shot taken by Joel of a bunch of our group, with Jake Morrow in the center.

The beautiful and incredibly talented Jen Bebb from Canada - her and her husband Steve were recently named as one of the 10 Best Wedding Photographers in the World - congrats you two! (That is NOT Steve in the background! It's Joe Rumore from NY!)

I LOVE this shot! One of the best images I have ever taken with a point and shoot - a totally rocked out Neil Cowley! Love it!

Me and the fabulous Sergio!

Joel and Thomas Geist - Thomas is one of the nicest people you will ever meet - he is from Germany and flew over for a few weeks for the convention!

The one, the only, the CRAZY Jeff Newcum!

Awww, here we are! Me and Joel.

Joel and Michael Moore from Canada.

Me and my girl Angelica Glass - she is a SUPER talented photographer from NYC! I LOVE her work!
