Danielle & Matt's St. Patty's Day Wedding

Friday, April 6, 2012 - Weddings
We were really looking forward to working with Danielle and Matt on March 17th (St. Patrick's Day) for their wedding. We had photographed Danielle's brother's wedding back in October, and we always love working with families more than once! It just makes things so much more comfortable for everyone. We started out at Danielle's parent's house, which was literally right around the corner from the church. Danielle was picked up in the limo and waited outside the church for the ceremony to start. The interior of Sacred Heart Church in Havertown was so light and open and was so easy to work with. Danielle grew up going to this church, and the priest had a very personal and heartfelt message for his wedding homily.

The reception was at Concordville Inn in Glen Mills, PA. It was a gorgeous and actually HOT day outside. I seriously think it was like 80 degrees that day, we were all sweatin' walking around doing photos! Seriously?! Who needs to sweat like that in March? We did enjoy being outside, despite the sweat, and had a bunch of time to get some photos of the wedding party and couple. Danielle and Matt were troopers! After galavanting outside, we headed in the AC for some cocktail hour and a fun reception. What a great spring (or summer?) wedding!
