Jamie and Adam: The REAL Mr. and Mrs. Smith!

Thursday, October 30, 2008 - Weddings
That's right! October 3rd we photographed the REAL Mr. and Mrs. Smith! Jamie's maiden name was Smith, and Adam's last name is Smith! I joked with Jamie that at least she wouldn't have to go through the hassle of changing her name with her driver's license, social security, etc. You can't get more convenient than that! We made several jokes throughout the day, referencing the movie, Mr. & Mrs. Smith

This wedding at the beginning of October was a cold one - the ceremony was held outdoors at the Stone Mill Inn in all of the fall splendor. Jamie had some really great fall themed details, but one of the coolest things was that both Jamie's and Adam's fathers had classic cars there for us to play with. Jamie was actually driven in to the ceremony in her dad's, and it was a grand entrance! After the ceremony, we were doing some fun nighttime portraits with Jamie and Adam in the cars. You will see those below!

The reception was held inside the Inn, making it nice and cozy, and the mingling and dancing lasted all night. The food was delish, and everyone was excited over the candy buffet!

First up here, we met Jamie at the salon to grab a few shots...
These pumpkin placecards were so cute!
Jamie looked really amazing in her gown. I just loved the style of it.
These kids were soooo cute!
I loved these trees, and we had Jamie dancing around in them.
Adam's turn in front of the camera!
A perfectly fall ring shot.
Time for the ceremony! I think Jamie was excited.
Caught this during the ceremony - the kids snuck off into the woods and were playing together as Jamie and Adam said their I Dos.
Oh yeah! We're married!
Some night time fun...
...this one I particularly adore. I think it looks like something from a classic old movie.
Would the real Mr. and Mrs. Smith please stand up? :)
The band was getting their groove on.
Lots of fun by everyone - Jamie and Adam were gettin their funk on with the guests on the dance floor!
